NUSANTARA INTEGRATED LEARNING MOBILITY PROGRAM (NILMP) 2026
Nusantara Integrated Learning Mobility Program (NILMP) 2026 (Inbound), held from 13 to 22 April 2026, was a strategic initiative by the Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism and Wellness (FHPK), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) in collaboration with Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). The program involved 40 students from both institutions and was conducted at several key locations in Kelantan as an experiential learning platform.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in a variety of activities encompassing tourism, hospitality, wellness, and academic components. These activities included visits to cultural and heritage tourism destinations, participation in community-based tourism initiatives, exposure to hospitality industry operations, and traditional food workshops. In addition, participants took part in wellness-related activities such as self-reflection sessions and social interactions, alongside knowledge-sharing sessions, student presentations, and academic discussions with international peers. Overall, the program successfully enhanced participants’ cross-cultural understanding, soft skills, and self-confidence.
It is therefore hoped that this program will be sustained and expanded in the future as a high-impact internationalization platform, while further strengthening the strategic partnership between UMK and UNP.
